Prior, he started his career in the distribution industry as a Junior Consultant at Novipro in 2022, where he worked mostly with Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) and assisted customers migrating from On-premises (Character, graphical, and WebUI) to the Cloud. While at Novipro, he specialized in Infor Document Management.
Before joining Novipro Business Solutions, he worked in the retail industry, overseeing inventory management and training new employees.
Charles-Antoine Desgreniers has expertise in the following areas that will prove beneficial as he develops strong relationships with NSA clients: Sales and Operations, Design Processes and Workflow, Infor Document Management Archiving, Infor Document Management Forms Design, and Infor Proof of Delivery.
