Prior to joining NSA, Teresa was a Senior Product Support Consultant at Central Data Systems for two years, and a Senior Product Support Consultant at Infor Global Solutions for 15 years, working with customers in the US, Canada, and the UK.
Before her career in the Distribution ERP Software industry, Grisales worked in the accounting field in different capacities for various industries, in New Jersey and the Tampa Bay area in Florida.
Teresa has experience with Infor’s SX.enterprise Distribution software in all versions including Character (Trend), Graphical (SX.e GUI), WebUI on-premises, and CloudSuite Distribution (CSD).
